Qualifications

We are looking for a strategic and influential leader with a drive for excellence. Someone who holds themselves accountable and doesn’t shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role, we feel it's important for you to have extensive experience in leadership, culture, and employee engagement within a multinational organization, as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We thrive in diverse teams and look for people who appreciate that as much as we do.

We can give you a list of “must-haves,” but that’s not how we view your candidacy. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with leading cultural transformations in complex, global environments and aligning people strategies with organizational objectives, but ultimately, we look at the bigger picture.

That said, to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role, here’s our “nice-to-have” list:

  • MSc in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, and/or Organizational Behavior
  • Proven expertise in leadership development methodologies, organizational behavior, and engagement frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and manage stakeholders effectively
